...what I can't live without...

The cheapest and the best. I have at least 3 cups a day with milk or cream.

The best dish soap. Ever. Not only does it look cute on your sinktop, it cleans like the dickens and never allows your sponge to mold. Excellent.

This stuff smells fantastic, shines up granite counters and wood tables alike, and is the best quick-i-better-clean-cuz-someone's-coming-over-in-5-minutes product you can find. Your guests will thank you.

Thrifting. Because who can resist a great Goodwill story?

Dishes. Lots of 'em. No matter how my decor changes, white dishes {particularly ironstone} are a mainstay for me. I have them all over the house and I never tire of their shapes, their creaminess, their patina.

Flea Markets. Inspiration galore, fabulous finds for a steal, my most favorite thing to do.

Other bloggers. How else would I find this image of the most enchanted garden party I've ever seen? Found on The World According to Isa, my new blog crush.

My husband and kids, naturally.

Even when they make a huge mess...

What's on your can't live without list?

love this post. I'd have to say my family and friends, and flowers, art and design - oh, and good books, and my dogs and cats, and coffee and wine......and, how many can we list? Love seeing your sweet family, too. thanks for a great post.

After reading your great comments, I realized there's so much more I can't live without. I was kind of thinking in terms of blogging and more superflous stuff. But of course I can't live without my family, my friends, great music, wine, flowers of all kinds, lemons, nature, a view of the hills, and the SF bay. Just scratching the surface...

I loved your post. Your family is beautiful. I can't live without my family, my dogs, the ocean, surfing, my gardens, books, olive trees, coffee, wine, candles, basil, my cello, and the smell of lavender, rosemary, roses, and jasmine wafting through my yard and the feeling of sheer joy. =)

Thanks for crushing on my blog, I'm so flattered!

Have a wonderful week!

Lovely post...ADORABLE girls! I love Isa too!

I need (aside from family and great friends) fresh air, preferably with the scent of orange blossoms, cool water...salt or fresh, the sound of bamboo wind chimes and great music.

What a great post, you encouraged people to think about what is important to them. Sometimes we all need to stop, think about that and make sure our priorities are in order. You have a beautiful family, I am glad I dropped by, have a great weekend~Jacque

My camera- I just LOVE capturing the beauty around me - whether it be my daughter's first tooth or the gardens at Versailles!
Singing- I love singing.
Yard sales & local flea markets - Some of the best prizes that I have found for my home have been things that someone was pratically giving away!
I just love your banner on your blog, and that headboard picture at the flea market - oh my!
Have a great day and I am glad you enjoyed the French Lesson Fridays!
Joyeuses Paques!
